温控样品台
温控样品台可在温度变换环境中原位进行显微CT测量，以研究温度对物体的三维微观结构的影响。温控样品台可以实现从环境温度下降40°C到上升120°C的冷却和加热。通过48MHz内部微处理器，可以通过小于1°C的精度精准控制温度范围。
